ELO Digital Heroes
I got commissioned by ELO Digital office to turn all their open job position into epic comic book heroes,
as a part of their "Nerdy at heart" recruiting strategy.
Over a couple of years we created an entire cast of characters integrating the jobs alter egos ( Marketing, Sales, Back-end, etc ) with the brand values of diversity, eficiency and of course, a fun environment. We even created a bureaucrat supervillain ( the Stationary Man )
and went to Stuttgart Comic Con to draw live superhero portraits of the people who came by the information booth.
